Tips for choosing the right kite size
Light wind
12 to 17 m2 for sessions of 10 to 18 knots.
Strong wind
5 to 9 m2 for sessions of 25 knots and more.
Our advice
Weight, level and water conditions change the ideal size.
Storage between your sessions
Louez une planche, un kite ou un pack wingfoil sur plusieurs jours ? On peut garder le matériel à la base entre vos sessions pour éviter de le transporter dans la médina ou dans l'appartement.
Required level and security
La location surf est accessible à tous avec une planche adaptée. Pour le kitesurf et le wingfoil, on vérifie l'autonomie avant de sortir le matériel : capacité à partir, revenir, gérer les priorités et rentrer sans assistance continue.
This control is not there to complicate the reservation. It protects the rider, other riders and the equipment. If the level is limited, a short upgrade is often smarter than a direct rental.

Travel light, ride with the right equipment
Renting allows you to arrive lighter and adapt to the wind of the day. In Essaouira, conditions can change between morning and afternoon: having access to several kite sizes, boards and combinations makes the session simpler and often more enjoyable.
If you come with your equipment, we can still complete what you're missing: a smaller kite for a strong afternoon, a different board, a suitable wetsuit or storage at the base so you don't carry your quiver every day.

What we check before release
Before each outing, we check the general condition of the equipment: lines, valves, bridle, leash, straps, fins, wax, wetsuit and accessories. On the way back, we take a quick look again to distinguish normal wear and tear from damage that needs to be repaired.
The goal is to keep a reliable and transparent fleet. If a kite is not adapted to the wind, we do not take it out. If a board is not consistent with the level, we change. This advice is part of the rental service, not an option.

Do I need to book in advance?+
In high season, yes. Notifying 24 to 48 hours in advance allows you to keep the right equipment or the right time window.
Is the material suitable for beginners?+
Yes for surfing. For rental kitesurfing, an independent level remains necessary in order to navigate safely.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payment can be made in cash in MAD/EUR or by bank transfer depending on the service. Exact arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking.
