Riad or shared room package. The riad offers cultural immersion and an intimate setting. If you are looking for a camp atmosphere and meeting people, the shared room package is more suitable.
You come as a couple
Riad for charm and the medina, apartment for autonomy and budget. If you want everything organized, the package frees you from all the logistics.
You come with family
Villa without hesitation: space for children, equipped kitchen, tranquility and sometimes swimming pool or garden. It's simpler than the medina with young children.
You come with a group of friends
Private villa. You share the costs, benefit from a common space and can personalize the program: lessons, group dinners and dedicated trips.
You come for a long stay
Apartment. You find a real home, a kitchen, a work space and a monthly rate that is more advantageous than the riad or villa.

Our key formula: stay packages
If you don't want to manage anything, look at our surf and kitesurf packages. They combine accommodation, lessons, equipment, transfers and briefings depending on the formula chosen.
Three formats structure the stays: Discovery to get started, Progress to solidify, Pro for riders who already ride. Each package allows you to choose the type of accommodation according to your profile and your budget.
How does it go to book
- You contact us with your dates, the number of people and your preferences: medina or beach, simple or comfort.
- We offer you 1 to 3 accommodations among our partners, depending on availability.
- You validate your choice, then we block the dates.
- A 30% deposit confirms the reservation, with balance due 14 days before arrival.
- On arrival, we welcome you to the accommodation and brief you on the program.
General accommodation conditions
- Deposit: 30% upon reservation.
- Balance: 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellation free of charge: up to 30 days before.
- Cancellation between 30 and 7 days: 50% of the deposit retained.
- Cancellation less than 7 days: deposit retained, postponement possible depending on availability.
- Deposit: depending on accommodation, generally not in riad and requested for villas.

Can I come alone?+
Yes. Packages are suitable for solo travelers, couples, families and groups of friends.
Are transfers included?+
Transfers from Essaouira-Mogador can be included depending on the package. Marrakech can be organized on request.
Can I personalize my stay?+
Yes. You can add nights, mix surfing and kiting, change accommodation or adjust the lessons according to your level.
Are flights included?+
No. Flights must be booked separately.
