Maritime atmosphere, fresh fish and end-of-day light.

Dunes, ocean and wide open spaces south of the city.
The medina of Essaouira is best explored without a tight schedule. We enter for a coffee, we leave with a restaurant address, a favorite alley, a terrace in the sun or a workshop spotted at random. After a session, it's often the best contrast: less noise, more slowness, a real immersion in the city.
The ramparts and the port also give another view of Essaouira. The light at the end of the day is superb, the blue boats, the white alleys and the ancient doors give the stay a very different identity from a simple week at the beach.
A successful ski holiday is not about filling every hour. The body tires quickly between wind, salt, sun and repetitions in the water. Planning for rest, a hammam, a good meal or a quiet half-day often allows you to make better progress the next day.
This is especially true for beginners and families. One session per day may be enough initially. The rest of the time, Essaouira offers enough options to keep a real feeling of travel: medina, terrace, sunset, walk on the beach or short excursion.
If the swell is there, we switch to the surf. Otherwise, the beach remains perfect for walking and recovering.
Very good choice after several sessions, especially when the shoulders start to pull.
A short outing to the south of the city to change the atmosphere and see the great outdoors.
Cuisine, crafts, cafes and addresses in the medina to keep your day alive.
For a week, the best rhythm is rarely to plan two sports sessions every day. We prefer to keep a lively program: a few structured lessons, one or two highlights, weather margins, and time to enjoy Essaouira.
Si tu réserves un package, on peut ajuster le planning selon ton niveau et les conditions. L'objectif n'est pas de cocher des activités, mais de finir la semaine avec de vrais progrès, de bons souvenirs et l'envie de revenir.
Essaouira does not lend itself well to busy days. The city is small, but the best experiences often happen when you leave a little space: a coffee after the session, a visit to the port, an improvised hammam, a discussion at the base or a terrace at sunset.
For a first stay, we recommend choosing two or three strong priorities rather than an overly long list. For example: progress in surfing, do a real outing around Essaouira, then keep a freer day. This pace makes the stay more pleasant and also leaves room for weather conditions.
We combine sliding, rest and discovery depending on the conditions.

For kiting, May to September is the most reliable period. For surfing, September to May often offers the most consistent waves.
